We get to know each other a bit.
You’ll share your idea of optimal health & well-being.
We’ll talk about the process of coaching and how it is a partnership.
We have a conversation to see whether my style of coaching is a good fit for you; if not, I am happy to provide referrals. A Discovery Call is never a sales pitch.
We’ll talk through how often we’d meet, how long we’d work together, and the session fees, including sliding scale options if needed.

If I sign up for coaching, how often do we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly 45–60 minute sessions for about three months, then shift to monthly check-ins as needed. The rhythm is flexible and designed around your goals.
How much do you charge?
Sessions are $150/hour. Because access matters, I hold a few sliding scale spaces each month so cost is never the barrier to change.
How do we meet?
We meet on Zoom Video Conferencing for the first session, then by phone for ongoing coaching (unless you prefer video).
Can you coordinate with my health practitioner?
Yes, on request. Coaching is a complement to medical care and can help you follow through on your provider’s recommendations.
