Hello and Welcome,

Do you envision a happier and healthier you, but you’re not sure how to get there? Perhaps you’re looking for ways to sleep better, improve overall fitness, lose weight, and/or strengthen your immune system? Maybe you’re wanting to enhance your sense of inner peace and calm.

Finding the path and motivation to make changes that support our overall health and well-being IS possible, especially when we have someone to walk along the path with us. That’s where certified coaches come in.

My name is Suzanne Trainor, and I love to listen generously, to create safe spaces, and to guide & support my clients in making diet, mindset, and lifestyle changes that are aligned with their values and strengths.

I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, Additionally, I completed the Professional and Advanced Trainings in Mind-Body Medicine through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, one of the world’s premier, evidence-based programs in comprehensive self-care and group support.

I’m also a mother, grandmother, and wife of 36 years. I worked in health care as a director for a decade, and I served as COO for a national business. My training through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy provided a foundation in Functional Medicine principles, nutrition and food plans, mind-body medicine, positive psychology coaching techniques, and the psychology of eating. Through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine I took a deeper dive into techniques that reduce stress and enhance self-awareness, mobilize our imaginations and intuition, and develop our capacity for self-care. My training with Martha Beck and her master life coaches taught me practical life design skills with some magic sprinkled in. And BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits training further reinforced that forming new habits can be fast, fun and easy!

As of May 2021, I am donating 100% of my coaching fees to one of six preselected charities. When scheduling your individual sessions, you’ll choose the charity which best aligns with your values. I continue to offer sliding scale rates.
